Environmentally conscious and community minded
We have spent two years lovingly restoring this beautiful 18th century farmhouse that had been abandoned for quite a few years and was destined to be torn down and turned into two separate dwellings. We fell in love with it, the minute we stepped through its creaky blue doors. This family-run boutique hotel has sustainability at its core, running energy on solar panels, using Ecolabel certified cleaning products and sourcing seasonal ingredients locally. All goods and services are provided by local suppliers, including wine from nearby vineyards. Members of the local community are invited to promote their crafts, from painters to artisans sharing traditional techniques.
